Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 24 hours of receiving your returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


VERY IMPORTANT: Prepaid return shipping labels are NOT provided. We must receive your item within 15 days of notification of Return Authorized, if not received within 15 days - the case will be CLOSED and we will be unable to refund any item costs. It is your responsibility to keep track of your tracking number when returning to us as in some cases we will ask for it to confirm any deliveries if any mistakes were made. If you do not have tracking number and package does not arrive at our warehouse (package lost) we will be unable to refund any costs. Very important to keep your tracking number so we can get in direct contact with USPS for any questions/concerns of delivery. All of our TV parts/LEDS are marked with a unique identifier, Please DO NOT tamper or alter any of parts sent by TVPARTSBAY. If our marking is not present on part, the claim will be denied and you will be notified by phone or email with a 30-day reply period. Please include a copy of the original invoice in your return box or a paper written with the return reason & order number.
